We lease your property for 2+ years, with intent on re-leasing forever!
We have our own leasing documents, but have worked with landlord leasing documents in the past too!
We have specific lease addendums that specify our ability to sublet your property and conduct frequent maintenance on the property ready to go!
Preparation and Listing
Rent and Protection
We move in our furniture and prepare your property. This includes creating maintenance systems and teams, alongside a world class interior and exterior cleaning team.
We then list your property on our selection of accredited corporate and short/mid-term rental platforms to book with identity verified tenants
We pay full rent each month, regardless of how the listing performs.
Alongside our thorough renters insurance that provides host protection, our accredited booking platforms have host protections, meaning any tenant caused damage is fully covered.
This means your property has twice the coverage as a traditional tenant
